A group eating on their doorstep in a typical street in the Albaicín quarter of Granada. A card issued by L. Roisin, Barcelona, prolific photographer and editor of postcards. Lucien Roisin Besnard (París 1884-1943) lived for much time in Barcelona. He worked as a photographer but, above all was an editor and producer of postcards, not only using his own images but those of local photographers. He had a shop, “La Casa de la Postal” (The House of the Postcard) in the Rambla de Santa Mònica in Barcelona which his family continued to run until 1962.
